Lauren surrock, MPAS, pa-C, DFAAPA
Lauren Surrock is a Board Certified Physician Assistant, certified by the NCCPA since 2011. Lauren completed her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and earned her Master of Science at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Lauren is a National Health Service Corps Scholar Alumni and is currently a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
A Distinguished Fellow of the AAPAs is a highly regarded member who serves as a role model to fellow PAs and contributes positively to the profession. Fewer than 2% of the entire AAPA membership have earned the distinction of Distinguished Fellow. To earn this distinction, a member must demonstrate exceptional dedication to medical practice, leadership in medicine and healthcare, professional involvement, commitment to lifelong learning, community service, and professional volunteerism. She is very proud to have earned this distinction.

Lauren is also a member of the Michigan Association of Physician Assistants and the Obesity Medicine Association. She specializes in Family Medicine and has advanced certificates in Obesity Management and Cosmetic Injections.
An active member of the Frankenmuth community, Lauren enjoys volunteering with the Frankenmuth Junior Chamber of Commerce and the Frankenmuth Farmers Market. In her free time, she likes to golf, play piano, and spend time with her family and dogs. Lauren is very passionate about medicine and is extremely proud to be serving her local community!
Kaitlyn McIntosh, FNP-C
Kaitlyn McIntosh is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in family medicine, urgent care, and end-of-life care. With a warm and approachable demeanor, Kaitlyn is known for her ability to connect with patients, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.
Kaitlyn’s passion for medicine and helping others led her to earn a nursing degree from Lake Superior State University in 2016. Driven to expand her impact, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan–Flint in 2020.
She began her nurse practitioner career in hospice, where she developed a deep appreciation for compassionate, patient-centered care. From there, she transitioned into family medicine and later explored the fast-paced world of urgent care. Now back in family medicine, Kaitlyn brings a well-rounded perspective to her practice, combining clinical excellence with a strong focus on education and preventative care.
Her goal is simple but powerful: to empower patients through knowledge, meet them where they are, and walk alongside them on their health journey.
When she’s not caring for patients, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and their beloved dogs. Whether she's camping, traveling, cooking up something delicious, or soaking in the great outdoors, Kaitlyn values quality time and making meaningful memories with friends and family.
robert chadwick, do
Dr. Chadwick graduated with honors from Wayne State University in 1975 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University in 1979. He completed his internship at Botsford General Hospital in 1980, and in 1982, Dr. Chadwick completed the first Osteopathic Family Practice Residency at EW Sparrow Hospital. Dr. Chadwick is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Physicians and has been practicing in both Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine since 1983.
Larissa Drozdowski, Office Coordinator
Larissa graduated from Mayville High School in 2017 then she obtained a Health Sciences Degree from SVSU. Larissa previously worked for List Psychological and joined the Medical Associates team in 2021. She is a great addition to the team as our office coordinator, she also processes all of our referrals and imaging authorizations. In her free time she enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with her family and 2 dogs.

Kerry Doyle, Medical ASsistant
Kerry graduated from Swan Valley High School in 1998. She has over 20 years in the medical field working as an MA in internal medicine and rheumatology. She has also been an instructor for the medical assistant program at Ross. She is happily married to her husband and has two beautiful daughters. In her free time she likes to snowboard, camp, hunt, fish and cook. We are so grateful to have Kerry as part of our team.
